Each Pregnacare New Mum pack contains 28 days supply (4 weeks). Recommended one pack every month.

Take two tablets a day with your main meal.

Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. To be taken only on a full stomach. You can start taking Pregnacare New Mum at any point after childbirth.

Not suitable for vegetarians as it contains Hydrolysed Marine Collagen from fish.
