Order Processing and Delivery Information
*Please note that your order will be only be dispatched once it’s approved based on your medical history and the pharmacist has no further questions.
To avoid delays, please provide as much detail as possible about your medical history when completing your consultation — this helps our pharmacist make a quick and informed decision about your treatment.
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:30 PM.
Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Returns and Cancellations
Returns
For safety and legal reasons, medicines, prescription items, prescribed medical devices, and products dispensed or supplied for an individual patient cannot be returned once they have been dispatched by the pharmacy.
This is because such products cannot be safely reused or resold once they have left the regulated pharmacy supply chain.
Opened, used, tampered with, or unsealed healthcare products and medical devices are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty, supplied in error, or subject to a manufacturer recall.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
If you have any unwanted or unused medicines, please take them to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Cancellations
If you have ordered a product for postal delivery, you may request cancellation up until your order has been accepted by the pharmacy for dispensing.
Once your prescription order has been clinically approved, dispensed, or dispatched by the pharmacy, it cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.

Prescription medicines, prescribed medical devices, and products supplied for an individual patient are exempt from standard consumer cancellation rights where permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery FAQs
How are my items packaged?
All your items are sent to you discreetly in standard courier packaging; there are no logos or information displayed on the packaging about the pharmacy or the product itself.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
On receipt of your delivery please note there may be a requirement to sign for your items you will be notified about this at the checkout point of your order.
Order tracking?
Once your order has been approved an email will be sent to you with tracking information.
Where does 123Meds deliver to?
123 meds can only deliver next day to customers in the UK.
