Your safety is our top priority. To help us recommend the right treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a short and confidential online medical assessment. Every response is carefully reviewed by a qualified independent pharmacist prescriber. If treatment is suitable, you’ll receive a free private prescription – just like you would after a GP consultation.

Select your medication

Once you’ve completed the online assessment, you’ll be shown a list of safe and suitable treatment options. You can choose your preferred medication and select the dosage and quantity that best suits your needs. If you have any questions or are unsure at any point, you can include your concerns within the assessment or get in touch with our team for guidance.

Prescriber review

Your consultation will be carefully reviewed by one of our experienced prescribers. If the treatment is suitable for you, a private prescription will be issued and sent directly to our partner pharmacy for dispensing. Every consultation is assessed with your safety in mind. If your preferred medication isn’t appropriate due to health concerns, the prescriber will get in touch to discuss a safer alternative that works for you.
