Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Getting enough calcium is especially important for men and women over 50, during pregnancy and breast-feeding, also during and after the menopause.

Calcium and vitamin D are needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. With a delicious orange taste, Osteocare® Liquid is ideal for children over 3 years.

Osteocare contains the preferred D3 form of vitamin D. Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is the form of vitamin D that is produced by the skin on exposure to sunlight. D3 is the preferred form of vitamin D because it is the specific form made in the human body and therefore more effective than D2 which is found in some supplements.

Osteocare Liquid carefully combines calcium with co-factors including vitamin D, zinc, plus magnesium which help to maintain normal bones.

The calcium in Osteocare Liquid is in the form of calcium carbonate, which provides the highest concentration of elemental calcium possible in a supplement.

The calcium carbonate used is of high pharmaceutical grade from a natural source. To prevent possible contamination with metals such as lead, oyster calcium and bone-dolomite have not been included in the Osteocare Liquid formulation.

Each Osteocare Liquid 200ml bottle contains 20 days supply (3 weeks). We recommend taking to two bottles every 4 weeks.

ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.

PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
