Sudafed Sinus Max Strength Capsules are used to relieve the symptoms of sinusitis and colds, including blocked nose, sinus pressure, headache, fever, aches and pains, and nasal congestion.

The capsules contain paracetamol to relieve pain and reduce fever, phenylephrine hydrochloride to ease nasal congestion, and caffeine to help combat tiredness while enhancing pain relief.

These capsules are suitable for adults and young people aged 16 years and over. They should not be given to children under 16 unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Adults and those aged 16 years and over should take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24-hour period, and do not use for longer than 3 days without medical advice.
