    These tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. They are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

  • How should I take Nurofen Cold & Flu Relief?

    Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take 1 or 2 tablets every 8 hours as needed, with water and preferably with food. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours unless advised by a healthcare professional.

  • Can I take Nurofen Cold & Flu Relief with paracetamol?

    In some cases, ibuprofen and paracetamol can be taken together if additional pain relief is needed. However, you should seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before combining medicines.
