Capasal is commonly used to help manage:

Scalp psoriasis
Seborrhoeic dermatitis
Eczema affecting the scalp
Severe dandruff and flaky scalp conditions

It is particularly helpful when thick scaling needs to be softened and removed before applying other treatments.

Capasal works through a combination of active ingredients:

Salicylic acid helps soften and loosen scales on the scalp
Coconut oil helps moisturise and condition the skin
Coal tar helps slow the build-up of skin cells and reduce inflammation

Together, these ingredients help reduce flaking, calm irritation, and improve the overall condition of the scalp.

Apply the shampoo to wet hair and gently massage into the scalp.

Leave the shampoo on the scalp for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Repeat if needed.

Capasal can usually be used once or twice weekly, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Avoid contact with the eyes.
