    The day tablets are formulated to relieve symptoms without causing drowsiness, helping you stay active throughout the day. The night tablets contain an antihistamine to help relieve symptoms while promoting a more restful night's sleep.

  • Who can take Benylin Day & Night Tablets?

    These tablets are suitable for adults and young people aged 16 years and over. They are not recommended for children under 16 years unless advised by a healthcare professional.

  • How should I take Benylin Day & Night Tablets?

    Take the day tablets during the daytime and the night tablets before bedtime, following the dosage instructions in the patient information leaflet. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

  • Can I take Benylin Day & Night Tablets with other cold and flu medicines?

    Avoid taking these tablets with other medicines containing paracetamol, antihistamines or decongestants unless advised by your doctor or pharmacist.

  • Will the night tablets make me drowsy?

    Yes. The night tablets are designed to help you rest and may cause drowsiness. Do not drive, cycle or operate machinery after taking a night tablet.
